AFFILIATION PROCESS

Affiliation Of Your Vocational Training Institute From Board of Secondary & Vocational Examination

    Board of Secondary & Vocational Examination is an autonomous BSVE . This organization is dedicated to provide Vocational Education to every corner of our country, so that our country can be converted to developed country from developing country. Any individual person or organization can become an authorized Vocational training institution of  Board of Secondary & Vocational Examination. Subject to fulfillment the following infrastructure requirements:-

Minimum Infrastructure for open Board of Secondary & Vocational Examination  Affiliation Vocational Training Institution

Required Documents and Photographs for  Registration.
1) Aadhar card.
2) PAN card.
3) Center HEAD Passport Size Colour Photograph.
4) Center Outer Photo ( Main Gate)
5) Reception Room ( Waiting Hall) Photographs.
6) Training Hall / Lab Photograph.
7) Center HEAD cabin photograph.
8) Staff Particulars
9) Drinking Water
10) CC TV
11) Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill / Shop Act Licence ( Copy of Address proof Attach any one Document)
12) Driving Licence /Passport./Bank Pass Book / Election CardVoter ID Card / Pan card ( Copy of IDENTITY Proof. Attach any one of following)
13) Marksheet/Certificate or Leaving certificate of Last Educational Qualification. (Copy of Academic Qualification Attach any one Document)
14) Resume / CV of Center HEAD.

(Note : Vocational Training Center has to Apply Offline Hard Copy of Affiliation Form ) NOTE: The Application processing fees is Non-refundable.
Renewal of the BSVE / Vocational Training Institute shall be done every year.
Renewal of Vocational Training Institute must be done within 15 days from the last date of Affiliation.

Process of Payment Deposition :
There are TWO ways to make payment of affiliation  registration.
BSVE ( Board of Secondary & Vocational Examination )
Demand Draft.
Cash Credit to Account.
Credit Card / Debit Card / PayTM

  If you fulfill or going to fulfill all the above mentioned requirements and want to affiliation for your institution from Board of Secondary & Vocational Examination, you have To "Download Affiliation Form" and Proceed through filling up the same. The soft copy of filled up affiliation from will be sent to Chairman's, along with Aadhar, Pan card, Passport size photo of Institution Director and photo of Institution e-mail to:- bsveindia@gmail.com. After that hard copy will be submitted in Board of Secondary & Vocational Examination  Registered office.

Institution shall deposit an advance non refundable affiliation fee as follows

After Successful Submission of Registration/ Affiliation form and details of document you will get Institution Login ID (Username & Password) for reference (Within 5 Days from Registration and Payment of affiliation fees). Our Head of District will visit your Training Institution (within the 15 days after getting Login ID).

After registration Vocational Training Institution will get following material:-

• Authorization Certificate.
• Student registration Form.
• Sample Center Banner (Soft Copy).
• Available Study Material Soft Copy & Video Classes for each course.
• Sample Certificate, Mark sheet & Student Identity Card.
• Courses List.
• Identity Card of Director
• All Design (Front Flex, Poster, Handbill, etc…)
• Free Affiliation of 3 Months , 6 Months , 1 Yr Diploma  Courses.
• Free Special Marketing & Counseling Training.
• Free Special Support with us.
